I’ve been feelin kinda like a broken record lately but...For a place with so many people, it sure is real lonely out here.

Well, this is definitely one hell of an event. I guess a few introductions are in order, here. My name is Ben, and as most of you can probably tell, I’m new around here. If anyone has any advice on getting adjusted, or can point me in the direction of whomever I need to speak with to get set up with living quarters, let me know.
Introductions are always nervewracking, I’ve found. It’s cool to make new friends and all, but trying to do things through some sort of (seemingly) forced method very rarely jives. In other news, I’m really grateful to have been given the opportunity to be here, though.
Anyway, I’m Mike Hanlon. I’ll be taking over any and everything animal, so send ‘em my way if you’ve got them!
The only downside to livin’ the bohemian lifestyle like we do is that it gets real boring when everyone else is asleep. I think it’s a comparison thing, on account’a it bein’ so loud while everyone else is awake. Which one’a you mooks is gonna entertain this pretty lady, huh? Any takers?
I should probably introduce myself, unless I was people to start making things up to call me. My name is Adrian, I’m the newest addition to the carnival, it seems. Right now I’m earning my keep as an assistant, so if you need anything let me know.
Someone please tell me they’ve managed to find a halfway-decent coffee joint somewhere in town. I just don’t know how much more instant coffee I can take. Bonus points if said coffee shop also serves some form of croissant.
If you’re still with us, you probably know that we left Portland, Oregon and have since stopped in San Francisco, California. Officially the City and County of San Francisco and colloquially known as The City, SF, or Frisco and San Fran, is the cultural, commercial, and financial center of Northern California. A popular tourist destination, San Francisco is known for its cool summers, fog, steep rolling hills, eclectic mix of architecture, and landmarks, including the Golden Gate Bridge, cable cars, the former Alcatraz Federal Penitentiary, Fisherman's Wharf, and its Chinatown district. San Francisco is also the headquarters of five major banking institutions and various other companies such as Levi Strauss & Co., Gap Inc., Fitbit, Salesforce.com, Dropbox, Reddit, Square, Inc., Dolby, Airbnb, Pacific Gas and Electric Company, Yelp, Pinterest, Twitter, Uber, Lyft, Mozilla, Wikimedia Foundation and Craigslist. Feel free to research and enjoy the tourist sites in the area before we take off again on Sunday, October 4th.
Wow, glad we’ve finally settled for the night. I’m famished, and feel like I could run about 12 miles after such a long drive. Anyone looking to get into anything tonight?
