1. when you eat, smell or hear something from a long time ago, from a time when you were really happy and carefree, and you suddenly feel exactly the way you did back then 

2. that feeling when you’re really into a book or a series and you’re constantly thinking about it and waiting until you can start reading or watching again (killing eve!!!!)

3. waking up with the sun shining and not having to do anything at all (god i’m so ready for this semester to end so i don’t feel guilty about not doing anything anymore)

4. my cat sleeping on my lap (she almost never does that but when she does i feel. blessed)

5. suddenly feeling a connection with strangers who you’ll probably never see again, when something strange or funny happens. for example a few weeks ago there was a guy cycling around with a real life parrot on his shoulder and me and this girl at the traffic light saw it at the exact same time, made eye contact and had to hold back our laughter so he wouldn’t hear
