They absolutely bring out the best in each other! They build each other up, not break down, but if there would be a fatal flaw in their relationship it would be that Carolyn can and will prioritize Rush over everything else

36. What’s their greatest strength as a couple? Their weakness?

Their greatest strength would be that they work perfectly together, not a better pair in Hope County other than the two of them, I’d say. But I’d say that would also be their weakness wherein they aren’t as effective without the other.

37. How much would they be willing to sacrifice for the other? Any lines they refuse to cross?

Carolyn would throw everything away for Rush, even herself if she had to. I don’t think there’s a line she wouldn’t cross for his sake, not that it’d ever get that far.

38. What are they like in the bedroom? Any kinks/fetishes/turn-ons? Anything they won’t do?

They’re fairly vanilla in the bedroom, I’d say, but maybe a little on the rough side; hair pulling, stuff like that. Nothing too extreme.

39. Who initiated the relationship? Who kissed who first? When did they realize they were in love?

Rush initiated and kissed her first. Just the kinds of things you realize when you’ve been travelling together for so long. That and, near death experiences tend to put things in perspective.

40. Any special memories? Do they have a special place they like to go to?

That little cliff behind Prosperity. It’s quiet and they like to just sit there and talk. Probably where they also kissed for the first time.

41. Are they party-goers? What are they like when they’re drunk? Does it happen often?

Carolyn gets very giddy when she’s drunk. Rush too maybe but I doubt he’s the type to get drunk often. More often than not he’s the one to carry her off when she’s had too much fun.

I’d say so, yeah!

Anything and everything babey

I’d say they’re pretty comfortable with each other, even early on in their relationship. Especially if they’ve already slept together

rush still calls her cap but there’s way more affection in it when they got together, sometimes just carol; carolyn refers to him by his first name sometimes, but they’re both prone to calling each other darling or sweetheart

ethan’s not too keen on petnames and so he calls austin by his name and every once in a while, though jokingly, shepherd. austin likes calling him baby though

there’s so much going on that just staying in and having a lazy day is enough for them already. they need a vacation.

i’m certain i’ve answered this a long time ago for them but austin absolutely loves dragging ethan all over hope county and just. see the sights. ethan likes to pretend he doesn’t have any fun but austin knows

almost everyday, and they’re both very open with their feelings!

they’re not always together, but austin’s quite open with his feelings. ethan, not so much. it takes a bit of coaxing but he’ll open up eventually

29.How do the handle disasters or emergencies? Minor injuries? Sickness?

both austin and carolyn are capable of basic first aid and they manage being composed enough during emergencies; austin and rush love doting when the other is sick though
