🌵1963 Citroën 2CV Sahara🌵 By fitting the 2CV’s 425cc air-cooled twin-cylinder engine in not just the front but the rear of the car, Citroën provided users with instant four-wheel-drive. There was also the backup of a ‘spare’ engine should one unit fail. Each engine used slightly larger carburetors and a four-speed gearbox, but a common clutch operated both. Flexing some muscle at Tier One Motoring... Our latest project is a Cobra replica sports car that just drips fun from its exhaust pipes.  One bit that was lacking, however, was the sound.  Even the roar of the big block Ford mill can use some accompaniment.  We had to create our own locations for all of the speakers, so we did it in matching black vinyl with flush chrome trim.  Details were carefully attended to for a clean and classic appearance.  Audiofrog supplied the component speakers and Audiomobile supplied the 10″ subwoofer.  A 6 channel power amplifier from Arc Audio resides in the trunk and a Sony head unit commands the system with the assistance of a Crimestopper back up camera.  This system defines loud and clear and the owner left with a very large smile on his face.
