I have a lot of wips but nothing finished to share lately, but here’s a little test doodle I did this morning in Artstudio Pro.

I’ve been thinking about this scene forever, but after wallowing in Jaimeric feels over the weekend with @capritruth813 and @callingdrarry I finally did something for it! The brilliant text in the comic is all @capritruth813 and I highly recommend reading her Aimeric character study fic, Know Your Place, for more of her gorgeous words!

What was your favorite part about doing your CF? Was there any detail you've been dying to explain or talk about? How did you conceptualize turning your prompt into art?

Hello, my darlingest sunshine <3 Thank you for this ask <3 <3 <3My favorite part of my CF was my prompt, I just loved the concept that allowed me to explore some tender and soft intimacy through consent and asking every step of the way! The thing that originally caught me right away was the stipulation of “Harry breathing ‘May I’ against Draco’s skin”, it made me immediately see an image in my head where they were almost-but-not-quite kissing. I’d come across hearts used to convey consent and general into-it-ness in art before, so I knew from the start I wanted to use that to show that they were both consenting. I also added a cloud brush to depict the breaths between them around Harry’s “May I?” dialogue! It was super fun to work on and a total joy to be able to participate in the fest!
