thats the Million dollar question ain't it? If Carter had even a little bit more patience. i think it would depend on the Mc. Host won't let mc leave, so their choices are stay chained to Carter, or pretend they don't know him. (or some secret third thing i haven't thought of!)

Mari and Oliver will have one daughter: Zorya ‘Zo’ Dearden Queen. born in s5 of arrow. She is a solid mix of her parents, blonde-haired, green-eyed, and tough as hell. Favors Mari in personality, blunt, fiery, loyal, but has that sense of justice and responsibility which leads her to follow in her father’s footsteps as a hero. Although she takes on her mother’s vigilante mantle, evaluating the Aurora to the status of hero alongside the legacy of the Green Arrow (John Diggle Jr. will become the new Green Arrow I think). Connor is a fantastic big brother to Zo and will stay pretty much like he is in canon, will be fascinated by all things tech and probably end up reviving Queen Consdilated as an impressive tech company.
Slade and Carter will have a set of twins sometime after the series ends (in my reenvisioned s6). Thomas Grant Wilson and Rebecca Rose Wilson both end up going by their middle names. Grant looks like his father but is his mother’s son, inheriting the best of her. While his cousin Quentin Merlyn-Lance (Tommy and Laurel’s son) runs Merlyn Global, Grant becomes a doctor and manages his grandmother’s clinic. Rose is the opposite, a near mirror image of her mother, but so much of her father’s personality is in her. Sharp and sarcastic, but knows how to charm and flirt like her mother, Rose is dangerous and ends up becoming a masked hero alongside her childhood best friend Zo. She has a mask modeled after her father’s and a penchant for dual-wielding swords like her mother, but she will form her own hero identity.
Did the ros of SLSQ knew Carter beforehand? Like, before being invited on the squad. Dunno if you have already responded to that but it seems like they all know him:o!

Mc came in last, and juuust missed Carter after his impatient ass walked away from the clearing.

I'm Arab so "Uncle" either mean your mother or father's brother. or calling an older man- not blood related to you- "Uncle" out of respect.

okay so! Carter can be blood related to the mc, but he doesn't have to be- in which he would be an uncle in law through marriage or whatever you want your mc's family to look like, which could include him being an adopted uncle, a friend of the family who is just called uncle, et cetera.
Carter has a sort of floating age like with the ros- but even more so. I place him around 30s-40s range
It's mostly for flavour on how mcs relationship with carter would affect their reaction to all the shit he did to them, and thus, his end.
I'm gonna try to make carter and one of my mcs in the sims and see how it goes
