It seems like just yesterday that I started offering these rune pendants. I remember well the hesitation I felt, not wanting to jump on some “viking” bandwagon that every blacksmith seemed to be trying to get on. For me, the first few pendants were an exercise in doing something different. Carving the runes was a good way to slow myself down. It’s very satisfying to see a finished pendant come to life at the last moment when you apply some heat and give it the final finish!
I hesitated to get started on this path, but I’m glad I did. Because the pendants are small enough to mail and reasonably affordable, customers around the world are wearing iron forged and carved by my hand! That’s pretty cool.
