Thyme Please Kate Moss got married in the 12th-century parish church in Southrop in 2011, which sits alongside Southrop Manor the private home of Caryn Hibbert. Hibbert moved into Southrop Manor fourteen years ago and converted the once derelict medieval barn into a cookery school. Here food from the Hibbert’s farm and abundant garden supply the food used at the cookery school and Thyme farmhouse. The farmhouse itself was created out of two cottages, complete with roaring log fires and snugs to eat messily in, it also has eight very good looking bedrooms. Food is based largely on what’s ripe in the vegetable garden. Breakfast, all yummily home produced (granola, rhubarb and ginger jam, eggs laid by the Hibberts’ chickens) is served in the medieval barn. #chapeaulondon #chapeaublog #dedicatedtothethingswelove #wordsandpictures #amazing #london #lifestyle #thyme #southrop #carynhibbert #cotswold (at Thyme At Southrop Manor)
