私が実際に飲んで美味かった酒シリーズ、今回は、スペインはバレンシアのカサ・グランという醸造元によるカサ・ベナサルの白です。 私はあまりワインには詳しくないので(日本酒は詳しいと言うつもりではないんですが)ネット上の情報をコピーアンドペーストせず、私の感想のみ、ご報告したいと思います。 非常に美味しかったです。明らかに他のワインとは違いました。柑橘系の味が強い感じでグレープフルーツのような若干の苦味もあり、非常に爽やかでした。 昨日はサバの干物と合わせましたが、口直し的になって良かったです。 タコとか鯛の刺身にもドンピシャだと思います。 今日はアジ、ナスの天ぷら、海老・イカ・アサリの海鮮かきあげに合わせる予定です。合うでしょうね。 The delicious wine that I actually drank, this time, Spainish white wine, Casa Benasal by a brewer named Casa Gran in Valencia.
