The City of Bayside in the Casdia region, a calm little town on the chilly northwestern coast. Future pokemon trainers come to its University to study under the regions top Pokemon Professor. The city has its mysteries however, a monster lurks in its woods, and the professor has her own dark secrets. For ten years this ghost of the woodlands remained a mystery, but now its become active. Its met another of its kind, those that hunt the mewtwo for power or money start close in on them and they will have to rely on others for help in their hour of most dire need.

That’s Professor Morgan Aspen. Publicly shes the region Poke Professor.  But before she became that she was Avalon’s creator.  Hence why Avalon is calling her Mother.

The entire fic of Prodigal Daughter is all about them reconciling and explaining Avalon’s Origins.  Shes a pivotal figure in Avalon’s life and while they butt heads a lot she is all Avalon has at the start.

So unlike the other mewtwos on other blogs they don't have humans they know and can trust?

Oh Avalon and Orpheus actually have plenty of humans who look after and help them out. Primarily Avalon’s creator.

The others I don’t have art for yet but Im working on it.  Once I start on the second fic I have planned you will see plenty of the humans in the story.

Now if you are referring to why no one was helping Orph in that last ask its because everyone else was busy helping Avalon or on the ground fighting team rocket directly.
