Riley said he'd be at case, and he's NOT! He definitely said he'd be here so I was like WOW YAY I LIKE RILEY AND I LIKE CASE AND I LOVE PUMPKIN SPICE LATTE SO I'M GONNA GO TO CASE IT'LL BE SO GREAT. BUt then…. I got here and I was like/.… WHAT!~!!!! NO RILEY?!?!?! Whatever will I do?! I'm gonna cry!! But then everyone will laugh and me and I'll poop my pants because I'm eating so much vitamin C! So then I just sat down and had my pumpkin spice latte and cried into my cup.

Cesar and I went to Case Coffee this morning. There’s nothing like a cappuccino to start off your morning.

I was talking with Eric, the barista at Case Coffee and he happen to mention something that I thought was interesting. He made a point to say that baristas from other coffeeshops in town rarely bother to explore. They get stuck and I completely agree with Eric. We all love our coffee and take pride in what we do but it’s important to see what others shops are doing and how it compares to your cup. We all love coffee and we should learn from eachother.

On a separate note, I was riding my bike home and came up with a fun idea (like I always do on my rides) I’m going to start interviews with local baristas around town and posting the interviews here on my blog.
