Had the idea to draw Caseohloid and Kaai Yuki together bc I thought their dynamic would be kinda cute. Sort of like an uncle and his lil niece :3

First doodle is of Case kneeling, with a hand on the floor, while Kaai Yuki pets him on the head. She’s petting him like a cat bc she likes his kitty headphones. Second doodle is of Case showing off Kitty to her, and she’s like “Omg a cat!!” Then in the third doodle, she’s petting Kitty while Case watches them happily :]

Although it has been a while since its creation I wanted to pay tribute to the strongest Utau since Kasane Teto.

Okay guys genuinely this has been on my mind for weeks I cannot get over the existence of CASE and Case by Case. I genuinely have never really watched CaseOh and I’d never even heard of the man before the MeatCanyon video. But oh my god. Not only is it a fantastic voice in of itself, but it has the best narrative of any Utau since Teto. AFAIK, the voicebank was born because Caseoh asked his audience to ‘make him a Vocaloid’ and he did. He wanted to sing alongside Miku and they made that happen. It’s literally a voicebank born from the Sekai of an idol.

And then in the song itself. Argh. This new voice, freshly born, unsure of itself and what it can do, the only song it can sing being the question of whether he can truly sing freely, or whether he’s tied down. And that’s only broken when Miku joins the song. Miku, who’s had to learn everything on her own. Miku, the virtual diva, who has been made by music, broken by it, and made by it again. Miku, so beloved that it killed her, and that it brought her back stronger. Who’s fandom died, dried up and became a desert, and who lived on to see it become verdant and blue again. Miku, who’s going to be there to help this new voice on it’s way, who won’t let it face the struggles she did to find her place.

And I love everything about CASE the character as well.

The theming! The attire! I love that compared to all other Utau around, he looks mature. And yes, as a guy with an impressive beard, it’s the beard. It does do that. I think the only other actual bearded Utau I’ve seen myself is Asterian, and I love Asterian too when I see him. There’s just so many songs I want to see him in and so many other Utaus I wanna see him collab with. I wanna see Case and Meiko sing together. Case and Asterian. Case and Yi Xi. I wanna see him in Erase or Zero doing the fucking limp wrist yaoi high five. I desperately need a CASE cover of Donut Hole.

In conclusion, CASE is my favourite Utau, knocking Teto down to third place (Yi Xi in second because god damn that voice). Please do more CASE covers world and desperately please make more CASE originals. I need this voicebank to blow up.

KASANE TETOOOOOOOOOOOO (+ Case)

RAHH I forgot to post these :(

I love Kasane Teto and her community of super-talented people so I drew her for April 1st.

The second piece of fanart is Case and Teto because I saw this one cover with the two of them and one of the comments said something like "They were both created as a joke" and then boom I made fanart of them. I posted that fanart on YT on April 2 because I thought I was being funny cuz there's two of them.

I believe the Case design was by BeaMothy, if that is wrong please let me know I want to give credit :(
