Dead Rising Beat Em Up Concept
I actually did those sprites ages ago on this site, but I decided to add them to this concept, wouldn't this be a cool game? Please Reblog and follow for more sprites!

Case Zero: Prologue [Open]
Iwakura Asahi was not a fan of surprises.
Someone who calculated everything as precisely as he did had no real patience for sudden twists. Especially when such twists resulted in a change of location and sudden memory loss. How had he gotten here...? He hadn't recalled taking anything. No, he was always rather careful when it came to food and drink, even when he didn't need to be. Then, what... perhaps it had been a gas that had knocked him out? Also unlikely, given the clear weather and his location at the time. And he hadn't remembered being assaulted either. Curious...
It was hard figuring anything out properly when he still had so little to go off of, though. If he was going to solve this puzzle he at least needed all of the pieces. Iwakura got to his feet, brushing some wayward marshy strands out of his eye before something nearby caught his attention. A piece of paper. Perhaps it held some answers. Two long strides was all it took to reach it and he gripped onto the thing with one careful gloved hand to steady it as he studied the words as precisely as he studied anything.
"Gooooood morning, you bastards!
Meet by the check-out desk. Everything will be explained there, upupu~!"
'Bastards'? Really? Crass. Illogical. Nonsense.
Not at all to his tastes.
Iwakura read it over at least five times before backing off and taking a look around the area. It wasn't Hope's Peak. From what he remembered and based off of simple comparison to what he believed it should've looked like. That seemed to make sense... but then, where was this, exactly? And why was he here? His answer would appear to be awaiting at the check-out desk. Usually it might've been a poor idea to follow such untrustworthy notes but he was confident enough in his abilities to where it wouldn't be a problem. Besides, this was the only lead he had and if there was one thing he knew it was to always follow your leads. Even if the dangerous ones. At times, especially the dangerous ones. Very well. To the check-out it was.
The criminologist attempted to find his way around, coat trailing behind him as he scanned the area. It should be easy enough to find if he gave himself the time. Iwakura continued to prowl the area only to be alerted by a noise nearby. He did not look amused.
"Is this a game? Reveal yourself at once. I shall not repeat myself." he stated, voice blank as ever though one could detect a hint of subtle frustration if one listened carefully enough.
Dead Rising Tips
My sister: [Reading from the screen] Saving survivors will give you lots of PP!
Me: Don't make pee jokes. I'm gonna have to pee.
My sister: Okay, I'll try to... hold it in.
I love putting Chuck Greene in dresses and watching the cut scenes, it provides much amusement.
So I'm playing Dead Rising 2: Case Zero. Pretty sure this isn't how you take motor bikes back to your safe house...
