Fog Headcanon

It started the first night she slept over. Felicity had to leave early for work and got up, showered and left before he got out of bed. It wasn't until he stepped out of the shower to towel off that he noticed the small heart in the corner of the fogged up mirror earlier. And every day after that (well, every day that they don't shower together... which to be honest isn't that often...) she writes a note in the fogged up mirror for Oliver to find.

The Best Advice I've Ever Received

Many years ago, I was telling my best friend about why I broke up with my then boyfriend. He was an extreme braggart who exaggerated almost everything. She gave me some wisdom that her dad had given her.

"If they tell you who they are, it's probably not true."

I'm paraphrasing a bit, but that's the main idea and it has served me very well. It also works when you think about yourself, too. For example, if you feel yourself saying "I'm a nice person" or "I'm this way..." ask yourself why people don't know that by your actions.

K so got one here that has temporarily abated my craving for Darkness (fjkdl;sajfdkla;slkj get it? Dean + Harkness and fkjdjs;afa this is lovely i'm so fucking clever) It's called Stars in the Twinkling Foam by Randomeliza on AO3 and it's so well written and Jack and Dean are both very much in character (even if Dean is just a bit too enthusiastic to go to bed with him, it seems, but he is drunk on a girly, fruity banana drink so i can excuse it). There's no explicit sex , which was slightly disappointing, but I can forgive it. I think I just need one with explicit sex and then I will be satisfied.
