I decided to save myself a little over $100 and not attend graduation. What a waste to manufacture something that can only be used once then is thrown away. Anyway I did buy a #tassel and because I did not walk I got to choose my color. #purple is supposed to be for the law students whereas #arts and science were boring white. * And in case anyone thought I was going mainstream I figured I would share a close up of alteration to my tassel. Science and religion are fighting it out in your brain, not just in a metaphorical sense, but in a real, physical altercation. That’s the conclusion drawn by researchers from Case Western Reserve University and Babson College. They found that people who believe in a god, or some spiritual essence, suppress the brain network for analytical thinking and instead engage the empathetic network. [...] Atheists were found to be most aligned with psychopaths.

New Work!

This is a series of illustrations created for the Fall/Winter 2012 issue of Case Western Reserve's (CWR) Think Magazine. The concept behind these illustrations are based on CWR's plans to build an innovation center where members of different educational disciplines can collaborate to plan, create and test new ideas.
