🍁Year 24 - Autumn 2 - The Settlement (P2)🍁
Casey was the only person in the Settlement still going to school and ever since she'd become a teenager and discovered the joys of boys, she'd had zero interest in it. It was no surprise, therefore, that she was doing absolutely terribly.
She looked at her report card and screwed up her face. She knew her dad wouldn't be impressed if he saw it, but thankfully he'd been distracted with Edgar and Cosmo and his new business lately. Besides, it was her 18th birthday tonight. He didn't even have to know! She shoved the report card deep into her book bag and retreated inside.
Edgar came home that evening with a promotion to Scholar. Thanks to Autumn's work performance boosting properties, he was really racking up the promotions even though he'd technically only just started! He'd be a Mad Scientist in no time!
He headed inside and caught Cosmo just as he was about to be put down. He was determined to teach the little one how to talk himself, and not leave it to Paul or Belle.
"Come on, Cosmo. I have to go and celebrate with your big sister. Just say 'Dada' for me!"
"Dada!" said Cosmo easily, giggling like it was something he'd always known how to do.
Edgar smiled. "Well done, Cosmo! Okay, time for bed!"
"Bed, bed, bed," repeated the toddler happily.
The whole settlement, and most of Casey's friends, gathered in the main building for her birthday. They sang and blew noisemakers, and she excitedly blew out the candles on her cake!
Happy birthday Casey! She rolled Pleasure as her secondary Aspiration, making her a Romance/Pleasure Sim. She's going to be all about the dating! Her Lifetime Want is to Woohoo 10 Sims. I can tell we're going to have fun with her!
