A creamy and delicious casserole loaded with shredded chicken, crunchy cashews, and savory cheese, perfect for a comforting family dinner.
Ingredients: 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded. 1 cup cashews, chopped. 1 can cream of chicken soup. 1 cup sour cream. 1 cup grated cheddar cheese. 1/2 cup chopped onion. 1/2 cup chopped celery. 1/4 cup butter, melted. 1/4 cup breadcrumbs. Salt and pepper to taste.
Instructions: Warm the oven up to 175F 350C. Shred chicken, chop cashews, add cream of chicken soup, sour cream, grated cheddar cheese, chopped onion, and chopped celery to a large bowl. Combine well. Put the mixture in a casserole dish that has been greased. Melt the butter and add the breadcrumbs to a small bowl. Spread this mix out evenly on top of the casserole. The casserole should be baked in a hot oven for 30 to 35 minutes, or until it is bubbly and the top is golden brown. Enjoy while hot!

Ingredients: 3 cups cooked rice. 1 cup diced pineapple. 1 cup diced bell peppers. 1 cup diced carrots. 1 cup frozen peas. 1/2 cup chopped green onions. 1/4 cup soy sauce. 2 tablespoons sesame oil. 2 cloves minced garlic. 1 teaspoon grated ginger. 1/2 cup chopped cashews. 1/4 cup chopped cilantro optional. Salt and pepper to taste.
Instructions: In a big pan, heat the sesame oil over medium heat. Add the ginger and garlic that have been minced and saut until the smell is nice. Put in the diced bell peppers and carrots and cook until they get a little soft. Soy sauce, diced pineapple, frozen peas, and cooked rice should all be mixed in. Stir every now and then for another 5 to 7 minutes. Add pepper and salt to taste. Take it off the heat and add the cashews and chopped green onions. If you want, you can add chopped cilantro as a garnish. Enjoy while hot!
