These vegan chocolate fudge tahini cookies are rich, decadent, and incredibly satisfying. The combination of tahini and cocoa powder creates a fudgy texture with a hint of nuttiness, while the vegan chocolate chips add bursts of melty chocolate in every bite.
Ingredients: 1 cup tahini. 1/2 cup maple syrup. 1/4 cup cocoa powder. 1/4 cup almond flour. 1/4 teaspoon baking soda. 1/4 teaspoon salt. 1/2 cup vegan chocolate chips.
Instructions: Preheat oven to 350F 175C and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. In a mixing bowl, combine tahini and maple syrup until smooth. Add cocoa powder, almond flour, baking soda, and salt, mixing until well combined. Fold in vegan chocolate chips. Using a cookie scoop, form dough into balls and place them on the prepared baking sheet. Press down gently on each ball to flatten slightly. Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are set. Remove from the oven and let cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
