Ingredients: 2 cups shredded Napa cabbage. 1 cup shredded red cabbage. 1 cup shredded carrots. 1 cup snow peas, thinly sliced. 1/2 cup chopped cilantro. 1/2 cup chopped green onions. 1 cup cooked chicken breast, shredded. 1/2 cup roasted cashews, chopped. 2 tablespoons sesame seeds. 1/4 cup cashew butter. 2 tablespoons soy sauce. 2 tablespoons rice vinegar. 2 tablespoons honey. 1 tablespoon grated fresh ginger. 1 clove garlic, minced. 2 tablespoons sesame oil. Salt and pepper to taste.
