Saileenstiel where Dean thinks Sam is cheating on Eileen with Cas, not realizing that Cas is also very touchy with Eileen. But he's too zeroed in on Castiel coming out of Sam's room clearly wrecked. And lectures Sam about it, and Sam lets him get it all out before informing Dean he's not cheating, he's simply in a polycule. And informed Dean that Eileen and Cas were currently out on a date, and they'd be back soon. He can ask them when they get back. Which they confirmed it, Castiel was offended at Dean believing he'd ever do such a thing. He doesn't condone cheating and Sam is very faithful. Meanwhile Eileen was laughing about it all. Turns out, he did not have the full picture, who would've thought? Eileen did thank Dean for looking out for her though. It meant a lot to her that he'd call out Sam for it, even if he was misinformed.

saileenstiel experiments resulting in telepathy. you'd think it meant communication between the three would be better. but it's not. it turns out cas really only thinks in colors and every time they think they've translated it correctly castiel shakes their head with a sigh. eileen isn't used to the sound of others and gets headaches from the new noises. sam tries to quiet his thoughts as much as possible but it doesn't matter when castiel is thinking in bright neon orange and teal. and sam keeps having to remind himself they can hear his thoughts. so when he's having his usual thoughts of jumping out of a car or into an intersection, he's confused to hear sudden shouting because he didn't say anything! and those thoughts are so normal he doesn't even register them but those two do. but no one is more annoyed than dean. he has to repeatedly remind them he's not part of their weird hivemind. if they want him to know the plan and not go in with guns blazing they have to actually say that plan out loud! he thought jack would agree with him but jack frowned and said he understood the plan perfectly. dean assumed he was also part of the hivemind but jack is not. he's just fluent in reading their silence because even before they could read each other's minds they mostly talked in body language anyway. dean hates them all.

Sam after realizing he really needed to brush up on his ASL, so he throws himself into his old studies and practicing whenever he can. Castiel finds him one day practicing and corrects one of his signs. Castiel stays and watches, correcting Sam as needed. At the end Sam thanks Cas, thankfully he doesn't say fuck you as thank you anymore. They fall into a natural pattern of Sam learning. Practicing conversations with Cas throughout the day. Castiel does it at any time without prompt. Including in the middle of a hunt, it was something seeing Castiel slice the head off the last vampire and telling Sam we did good in ASL. Which would've been more surprising if Castiel hadn't been signing during that entire hunt. Sam definitely gets the practice in. However, his excitement to talk to Eileen is usually why his signs aren't as clear as when he signs with Cas. But to be fair, it took a long time for Sam to have clear conversations with Cas in the beginning as well. Pretty people are hard to talk to.

Eileen: I like to tell hearing people that I'm funnier in sign when they don't laugh at my jokes.

Castiel: I do the same thing with Enochian.

Eileen: I would be more upset about Sam knowing both but he supports our lies.

Castiel: He laughs at all our jokes.

Eileen: It's because we're hot.

Castiel: Indeed.

Vampirism w/ ships

Sastiel:

Sam is the vampire that wants to use animals to avoid feeding on humans while Castiel is insistent on being Sam's food source. It is practical and it doesn't draw attention to them. Sam always hesitates not because he has a problem with taking from Castiel. He's scared he'll take too much one day and Castiel tells him plainly he knows Sam wouldn't ever do that, he fears hurting him entirely way too much to let that happen.

Saileen:

Eileen is the vampire who does not mind using whatever is available to her. Whether that's humans, animals. She will use what she has to in order to survive. Sam likes offering himself to her as much as possible. There's nothing more intimate than her feeding on him, and he likes her doing it, and would be okay with her living off of him but understands she wants a variety of options.

Saileenstiel:

Castiel is the vampire who originally only fed off of Sam who offered himself to help Castiel. Since Castiel could be brutal with his feedings otherwise but is different when it comes to feeding on Sam. He's exact in how much he takes and is careful to not hurt Sam. When Eileen joined them, she was curious how it'd feel. And noticed that Castiel when feeding off of only one of them is never full, just takes enough to get by. So when Castiel is done feeding off of Sam, she has him feed off her too. And Sam was distraught when he realized how little Castiel had been getting from just him.
