As someone who has both GAD and PTSD, the front we put up is just a facade, and very few people are put together. Experiences can’t be measured..So some1 could have their pet die and feel RELATIVELY the same amount of pain as some1 whose sister died

yeah like. that makes sense. really I just need to work through these weird mental blocks and stigmas.

it's always much easier to tell other people that their pain is valid than it is to accept my pain for what it is.
