It's finally Cask Wednesday! Today we'll be pulling "Hibiscus Haze" Hazy IPA (7.2%) ft. Citra hops & Hibiscus flowers. Expect ripe citrus notes, an earthy/dank undertone, and a bright floral note over a moderately bitter finish. This is a 5 gallon firkin that we're pulling on the beer engine and due to the limited volume, it may not make it through the day. These firkins tend to go FAST. It's also Key Mason Wednesday as our VIPs cash in on their complementary weekly pint. The tap room is always busy on Wednesdays and we expect today to be no different.
