Emma Dex - Retired Toppat

Jane Dex - Government sniper
Emma Dex - She is a very strict person and has a slight temper that's been tamed through the years. Her straight to business attitude along with her stubbornness makes her a great negotiator. She worked in stealth missions and recon for a long time making her great at blackmail and fraud. She can sneak into anywhere and has a silent step. Often scaring her husband but the years of retirement has helped her regain some sound back. Emma worked with the Toppats after starting her family but a risky mission caused Emma to evaluate her future choosing her husband and Hazel over the clan. She retired and received a party and goodbye by the clan as she hung up her hat and title as Majesty. Later having Nicole and Jane. Hazel was given her goggles, Nicole inherited her reputation becoming Madam Chaos, and Jane was given her skills. The Dex family has immunity from the Toppat clan and should not be threatened, mained or killed by any members the contract was made during Emma’s retirement in case it ever happened, the consequences written in the contract was immediate exile from the Toppat clan. Emma was known as the Queen of Secrets within the Clan for a reason.
Casper Dex - He is laid back and is very humorous with his jokes. He tends to take his time and has a joke tone about everything. During his younger years he was known to cause mischief and even trespassing and breaking an entering. He was well known in the police department before joining up with the government. He became the youngest special corporate pilot with his best friend. Then his helicopter during a transfer of military personnel was taken over by some sort of virus or person, leading to a battle for control before Casper lost full control of the helicopter. It spiraled down into a rocky side cliff before falling to the bottom of a ravine. Only 3 survived the crash and only two of them made it through afterwards. Casper Dex and Lily Heather were the surviving victims of the crash, both have struggled with healing afterwards and both lost a lot. Casper met Emma 2 years after and both fell in love, later starting a family. Casper was very scared when his wife almost died during a work mission, he was glad she retired but he could tell it hurt her too. He convinced her to try and keep in contact with her old coworkers. Casper doesn’t know that they are Toppat hat clan members and that Emma was one.
Hazel Dex - Very shy and quiet, not one for conversation often but when she gets super talkative about her passions. Not very conversational and prefers to avoid conflict. She loved building and creating when she was younger and it carried off into her career choice to be an engineer. She was given her mothers goggles and wears when working with soldering wires and working with fire. She worked with Dr. Vinschpinsilstien or Dr. V for 5 years before they were both attacked and forced to work for their attackers for 2 months. Hazel refused to have that happen again and moved around Canada's arctic circle in the middle of nowhere. She spends most of her days busy with projects and preparing for the hour-long trip to and from the closest town for traveling to see her family or food runs.
Nicole Dex - She is considered the devil incarcerated to many, they are known for her compassion for others and sweetness but the second she is crossed they are malicious and poisonous. She is the most understanding of her sisters but she is also the most deadly. Her Chaos power ‘Mayhem’ is the reason for their deadliness having a 0.7 chaos reading, it is also her investment in the Chaos Containment Centres that adds to the danger. That kind of power they have over them makes it easy to get rid of the more chaotic investors. She is not one many criminal organizations deal with most of the time it’s agreements to stay out of each other’s businesses. Nicole is Madam Chaos and it’s best not to experience why.
Jane Dex - She is a lone wolf through and through. She has anger issues and works through them on the battlefield. She heard the stories of those who fall on the battlefield and refuses to be one of the many. She is the most brutal and has a discipline record the size of a dictionary. She doesn’t consider herself a good person and believes the law is meant to be interpreted as a sort of guideline but not fact. Most criminals don’t engage with her on the battlefield as she has been known to go up against fusions. Her power ‘Paranoia’ can cause fighting to turn into survival. The higher the emotion of Jane the higher power till all that is left is one's instincts. In many files she has a ‘do not engage’ unless chaos energy is above a 6.0. She has been known to be civil but it's always a risk to try with Jane.
