Hi um what are all the types of zombies and ghost in your monster high au and what is the color variation for werewolves and vampires and how do mummies happen and what species can or can't have children sorry for asking a lot anyway I hope you have a nice day bye.
Oh wow haha I never thought anyone would be interested in my au!
Past the ghouls that I’ve drawn so far, I haven’t really explored the au. But what I can answer is this:
Zombie Types:
- Cursed: Like I mentioned in my Ghoulia post, the Yelps are cursed so that when their bodies died, their souls remained alive as their bodies very, very slowly decay. Eventually they die completely, but not for a long, long, painful time.
- Reanimation: These are like traditional zombies, where people died and their mid-decomposed bodies now walk the earth, however, they were reanimated through spells and whatnot by someone else to bring them back to life, though their bodies are not revived, and they can’t die! In this case, my Cleo would be a reanimated zombie from a mummy in my au
Mummies:
- Like I mentioned in my Cleo post, she was a mummified body found in a tomb. Someone found her and her family, perhaps an archaeologist or sorcerer, and reanimated her, restoring her soul/life, as well as making her body more “livable,” i.e., not crumbling to pieces. However, bits of her will fall off from time to time, like ears, fingers, toes, same with Ghoulia
Ghosts:
- I never really gave much thought to ghosts, but I imagine they’re in the same vein as mummies and zombies. Their spirits were revived but their bodies were completely decomposed so they float instead as apparitions.
- Another type of ghost could be simply restless spirits that are unable to pass to the other side for some reason, left with unfinished business in the real world. Spectra would be this type imo.
Color Variation:
Interesting that you brought this up!
- Werewolves: I imagine werewolves can be any race under the sun, but as I mentioned in my Clawdeen post, since in my au they transform into actual wolves during the full moon, their hair color is 100% their fur color. As it gets closer to the full moon, their hair grows more and their claws grow longer, etc. just like the book
- Vampires: I kept Draculaura as pale pink because it’s so central to her design, but I imagine vampires as just paler versions of their skin tone when they died. They’d likely have more blue/purple tones in their skin.
As for which species can or can’t have children:
- Mummies, Zombies, Vampires, Ghosts cannot. They are dead. Frankie also wouldn’t be able to, as well as Rochelle.
- Werewolves, Yetis, Sea Monsters, Gorgons and other living creatures can.
