So I just binge-read all of LUaW and dare I say my timing is on. point. but also what is sleep and slight regrets. Also I died at the end of chapter 14, that stuff, that really killed me, despite of being able to continue with the story right away. It felt like I read every word slower and it really struck me down, the deer in the headlights freeze. That really was like, wow. Overall the emotions man, the emotions. The dread, the little sparks, the tension. So good. Thank you for writing this!

It’s kind of funny - in no way, shape, or form did I expect the minor explosion that happened when people read chapters 13 and 14. In my usual bad habit of posting chapters right before I go to bed, I woke up and thought that there’d been some sort of mistake. I suppose people just love their feels?  Whatever the reason, I’m really glad that you enjoyed it and I’m really looking forward to having more of those moments in future chapters. I sometimes feel the same but basically two days after I resubbed I'll go "why am I even here" and regret the rest of the payed month xD

@cassielle yeah I’m worried that’d happen! It’s not a huge amount to lose out on but still. And I really do miss it sometimes. I didn’t quit because I got bored - I quit because I got a boyfriend lmao. I had things I’d rather do than sit and play WoW every evening for 4 hours. XD

Man, I don’t know. Maybe I should see if I can get in touch with any of my old guildies and find out if they’re even playing anymore. I do miss that social aspect of it.
