Feet trapped with in black leather shoes patted against the ground her hood gettly flapping behind her, dawning a cloak to hide the armor she knew would be thought of cursed if the dark past was revealed fully. A cold shudder racked her body for merely a moment, she knew where it was resonating from, it was one of two things on her mind. It was either the eyes casted upon her most probably questioning what the grey cloak with red stains hid underneath, or the surprisingly cold feeling the new tattoo on her cheek was emitting, she’d never want to use her magic for such a thing again. A small statue in her hand, though what it was...it was hard to tell it was either herself or the kieser that had recently moved on...a punch in the gut really she still wasn’t over losing that voice in her head. A jagged crown with a sword vertically through the middle plastered on her right cheek in a icy blue glow, head pointed to the ground to keep from meeting the gaze of the ones around her that seemed so foreign. Devices made of odd metals, books that were much thicker in pages than what she was used to even Mantus reading, yet each look given to her seemed so familiar, it was either wonder or fear and never in between...
Kalina has made a perception check: 19 +3 = 22
Her gaze slowly drifts up from the ground to look to her surroundings the shops openly sticking out to her almost as if they were signs to immediately tell her where in the world she was located. How she ended up here, though being it with no destination in mind, was beyond her knowledge, she hadn’t exactly be measuring her walk the want in her mind to secure a safe parameter before starting to accept contracts once again. Her eyes moved to the sign, thank the merciful gods it was in common, “Rosewood college...” college? Like the places wizards and knights went to, to train their skills and arts in combat? No it must be different...there hadn’t been any explosisions yet. Then it must be a place for scholars an empty hand, her left, raised from under the cloak revealing her blue slim gauntlet, “A place of learning...perhaps i could have sent Adrya here had i actually been able to return to her...i wonder if she would enjoy the chance to learn.” Once again looking among the location...Kalina decided quickly that if this place was important her chance to use it had been missed, no doubt Scarlett would have enjoyed the Scene. Turning her body slightly to start her leaving the armor of the keiser (plate armor) clancked about under the cloak, though as she turned her head a small blur caught her eye, a person, a certain feeling of...magic, Kalina decided to do what she would normally do in this situation...and follow them slightly at a distance.
Kalina rolls for stealth (With disadvantage!) 2 +1 = 3 / 3 +1 = 4
Well this was going more poorly than expected close to immediately when Kalina started following this person of interest, her armor imdeiatly clanked right against a metal trash can, she never was one for the silent approach anyways. Yet despite her massive, but not utterly complete, fail at sneaking after the person she still did follow the off of the campus, or at least away from the sign. She didn’t know where this person was going, but she was going to follow them, at the very least to try and figure out why they gave off an aura of identical magic, she began to try to relate things in her mind, was the aura natural or learned? Kalina had not known any personally, but she knew a talented bard and two powerful sorcerers, even a druid, but this feeling it was...both different yet familiar perhaps it emanated from Zed at one point. She needed to find out, but to openly ask would be way too risky, so follow at a distance and observe, watch him one thing was sure though...her hunter’s bane wasn’t reacting to the person so that was a decently good sign. Kalina stopped for only a moment, and used an ability provided by her Paladin path, Divine sense, no gods as far as she could see and using that she ruled out another option, “So they aren’t Celestial, fey, fiend, or undead...What are you...?” Asking this to herself and still attempting to follow her mind wandered from the path in front of her and suddenly something had caught her leg. “Gah! Oh FU-” Then a loud thud of absurdly heavy armor hitting the floor followed by a load groan, not the most graceful thing when she doesn’t pay attention.
Kalina has taken one point of bludgeoning damage
