Hey!! Just wanted to say thanks for the encouragement when I was driving my way here! Glad to be in Boston and have moved in, it's really nice to be here and I already feel like I'm going to love Emerson. I'm loving Boston so far anyways :)

I’m super glad to hear that!  I love this school and I really love Boston and I’m confident that you’ll feel the same.  :) I know orientation’s insane but if you do want to meet up let me know.  I’ve got some desk shifts this week but I’m pretty open until Friday when I get kicked off campus so the on campus sophomores/juniors/seniors can move in.  And enjoy orientation!  Emerson really kicks it into gear, it’s insane.

I’ll admit that I went over the time limit of the song but wow this song was beautiful. I don’t think this drabble fits the song itself but it gave me a very wedding vibe and I’ll admit, I sort of cried when I wrote this. Thank you so much for the prompt, Annie.

“Clarke, when I first met you, you threatened to cut my balls off if I ever got in your way again.”

Bellamy had never cried, not even when they had taken Octavia away but as Clarke walked up the steps of the church, the tears began to flow. His heart raced as he saw the glint of gold on her finger. She said, “Don’t cry. You’ll ruin your make up.”

“Bellamy, I hated you on sight. You were pressed up against the secretary with your hand practically down her skirt.”

She took his hand and squeezed it. Her father would not be here to give her away but she didn’t need to be given away. Bellamy was taking her down the aisle. She wasn’t giving herself away. She was allowing him to take her. “I wish he were here.”

“Clarke, our table will always be noisy, our house never empty and our eyes never dry.”

He brushed his lips across the back of her hand. “He is.”

“Bellamy, I will always threaten to cut your balls off, I will drive you up the wall and I will love you until the moon no longer shines.”

The priest was scandalized that Bellamy had grabbed Clarke and kissed her hard, unable to control himself. A single tear rolled down her cheek. “Are you regretting marrying me?”

“I wish he were here.”

Bellamy kissed her again and then brushed away the tears that rolled down her cheeks. Clarke lay a hand on his cheek and smiled up at him, her eyes teary. “But now I have you.” As an afterthought, she added, “He is here. If he didn’t approve, lightning would strike you dead.”

He loved her. Oh, how he loved her.
