During the second outdoor session we visited the beautiful collegiate church where we had the possibility to do some photography before taking refuge inside to enjoy some nettle soup Pat made for us. In the afternoon, we ventured outside once again and, armed with guide books and following the lead of Pat and Denys, we identified local plants and insects.
