Comparing cast shoes and rubber stopper-type cast appliances. Oddly I had never done a video about this before.
So in this video, done last May, I compare cast shoes - all two of them but I also talk about rubber stopper cast add-ons - while wearing a cast for my injured Achilles.
This was a weird cast shoe. It was not easy to walk on. A good cast shoe will have a slightly rounded non-skid bottom to allow for easy walking. Needless to say I didn't use it for more than about a day before either returning it or tossing it.
