Finished the urn for my Squeak. I bawled again while putting her ash and the shirt, which I was wearing when I held her the last time, inside.
Squeak came to my place as a kitten in 2007. She never failed me to cheer me up when I was hurt, and multiplied the joy when I was happy. She passed away on my chest November 18th 2023
I miss her so much. She sits next to Tibbs' urn on my work desk now.
31cm x 15cm x 18cm acrylic paints on white earthenware.

an urn for a beloved cat
my babies finally have their urns, decorated with their favorite toys, their birth month flowers, and a matching quote 🥹💕
i haven’t been coping well these past few months after the sudden loss of my baby, just months after my older baby died. but now I feel like it’s going to get better, like they’re here with me now

We got Tasha’s box urn today. It’s bigger than the other 3 cats’ boxes. I think it’s the same size as Buster’s, our beagle. The others were in pine, but this one’s cedar. I think I like it more. She’s still kind of with us this way. The 2nd pic’s of the bottom. Thought it was interesting.
