Thinking of the female couple found buried together at Catal Huyuk with "several cow horns" and a fertility statue
This society, according to modern Goddess movements, was not concerned with conquest or domination, but concentrated its energies on a gynocentric (female-centered) system of organization, with the accent on peaceful interaction and artistic development. These claims appear to be endorsed by the discovery of the civilization of Çatalhöyük ...between 7000 and 5000 BCE, in what is now Turkey. It boasted a range of arts and crafts, including sculpture and painting, weaving and pottery. Its buildings and shrines ...dedicated to a supreme Goddess - were built on several levels and follow a sophisticated architectural blueprint. There are no defensive structures, such as hill-forts, and the 150 or so paintings discovered in the area do not depict any scenes of violence. The surviving mythologies of the region reinforce the impression of a peaceful agrarian lifestyle.

So is nobody going to talk about the fact that I had to learn about an excavation site called "pile of forks" with a straight face bc nobody else in the white ass tiny Kansas town I was in during high school spoke Turkish (understandable) but also nobody in the class thought to Google what it meant so for a whole goddamn week I had to have discussions with people yelling horribly mispronounced versions of "piiile of FORKS" at me and keep a straight face while they tried to describe a site that even after weeks of researching I cannot for the love of God find out a reason for it to be called that it has nothing to do with forks??? It's a clay city.

So I've lost my mind and am making my own tarot deck. One card at a time. Here is card 0: the Fool. The reverse side is inspired by the vulture murals from Çatalhöyük.
