The other day, Cat Cosmetics had a flash sale on their line of bronzer. I wanted to replace my broken Catalicious Bronzer and at 20% off, it was a steal.
I ran into a problem at checkout and missed the deadline. I posted my disappointed on Facebook where I had seen the sale posted.
A few minutes later I receive a call from Gillion of Cat Cosmetics. She saw my stuck order and was kind enough to give me the discount.
Now that is customer service!
