The Spanish Love Deception Review
I'm unsure how to fully explain the love I have for this book.
The Spanish Love Deception perfectly combines an office romance with every love story we have ever dreamed of. Aaron Blackford is the perfect romance character, with enough flaws to make him realistic. Lina works through a real and traumatic life experience as she realizes she's falling in love with Aaron.
And the SPICE. Wowza.
Armas did an amazing job creating the perfect slow burn romance with steamy scenes and a swoon worthy love interest.
Aaron Blackford is currently the man of my dreams-- how could he not be?
"You are right." His voice was unspeakably flat. "Being your friend has always been the last thing on my mind."" How could Lina resist this man any longer than she already did?
Ok, while I do understand that she overheard a conversation earlier in their relationship that did not set him up for success in their romance, THIS MAN IS GODLIKE FINE. And then he says swoony worthy things such as this? End me.
If you haven't read this story, please go do so because the spice alone is worth it. The way that Aaron treats Catalina during their saucy sessions is a reader's dream. Highly recommend for "research" purposes that you read chapter 23.
