Eventually the government approved schools opened up and rather than teaching "jutsu" they taught "do" (Open hand); so rather than art, they taught the government "way." However Maeda was an expert in both Sport Judo and traditional Jujutsu he used them to win Catch Wrestling Challenge matches all around the world!
