So Daisystreak and Pumpkinrose disagree about letting outsiders into the clan or not? Why's that? 👀

ooc - basically, when you leave a bunch of children in charge of rebuilding the only home theyve ever known, the least they might do is argue about how best to go about it. daisystreak retains a lot of the traditionalist views he grew up around. butterflyclan was relatively traditional, and daisy believes that the six surviving kits were enough to build caterpillarclan back. the rest of the clans believe its the clan blood that makes them a clan. and caterpillarclan, despite not being butterflyclan 2, has clan blood.
he doesn’t hate the idea of eventually inviting outsiders, but he believes they should legitimize the clan beforehand. they need a leader and deputy, to establish borders, and become a respected clan among their neighbors.
pumpkinrose, though - knows that six cats do not make a clan. they are weak and young and scared, and they need people. older warriors, kits, even elders, to help keep it alive. they can’t face larger threats, or establish their voice when all everyone sees them as is a bunch of scared kids. plus, she thinks the idea of being isolationist and caring about blood is stupid, and she wants to seize the opportunity of creating a new clan to make some changes to what a clan could entail.
