The booth at Highlander Auditorium at CA Thespian Festival 2014
This is a storm track I made for CA Thespian Festival this year. It was a quick mock up I made in garageband to test over the speakers at the auditorium. While it wasn't actually used it sounded really cool. The setting is a church after a funeral. The rain was to start out slow and then pick up when the actors walked on stage.

Hey all!
Sorry for the break. This last week has been filled with preparation for and attending the California State Thespian Festival that my high school goes to every year. (Go Troupe 909!) This was my last year and it was absolutely fantastic! I met so many wonderful people and saw great, familiar faces. While I can't attend as a student anymore hopefully (college schedule willing) I can go as a volunteer. If you do theatre at your high school, find out if you have a thespian troupe and if you start one. It's an amazing organization to be a part if as a an actor or a tech.
Now back to Sound Design!
I'm still working on the 3d soundscape. I've gotten great ideas from the festival on very aspects of Sound Design and I'll be showing them in the coming weeks. I've also been college tripping so I'll be detailing various sound design programs around the country. There will be more great sound designing moments and showcases of work so keep listening! :)

Performing arts--
I never realized how much I truly loved it before this weekend. The beauty of being on stage in front of a crowd, having all the eyes on you & you performing your heart out is what I love the most. I love it all-- From being in colorguard, to acting, & dancing, I truly love it. --if only I could sing!
thespian festival was so fun! our troop met up with some kids from Encore High and they were the coolest cats and we had such a blast ahhh
