but if any kaminoan asks about catobi or any trainer asks about catobi, the clones have no idea what they're talking about, there's no cat in the city, that would be against some sort of regulation surely?

Sorry I was overwhelmed with how Alpha-17's wake up routine changes with catobi who demands Alpha slow down and give pats per amour he puts on, and Alpha-17 being struck with cute when he has to put tiny vambrace on tiny cat
Catobi also has a tiny hook with his tiny robe at the door like a good little jedi who lets Alpha put his things back in the same place (except his saber)

Containment Protocols, they set up fake/roleplay security terminals and stations around Kamino and they have to keep Catobi from being smuggled or moved through the gates by other troopers or himself
Senator evacuation, smuggling, trying to steal Catobi (nobody has succeeded) You ever tried to get an overstimulated and in general just a cat into a bag when you NEED to go somewhere? yeah well they try that, and then they have to try herding a cat, and risking picking up an increasingly stressed and refusing to cooperate "senator" (lowkey this has just ended up with a furious Alpha, upset cadets and someone in the brig)
