I got one next to the ? and the other one on the same key as the # . Took me half of hippo's january challenge to figure out the difference *rolls eyes*

I change the setting in the operating system from a german keyboard to a US one. I get the ‘ on my ä key which is then the ‘ “ key. But the thing is different whether it’s in a word or outside of it! What the fuck?
