Here’s a quote from the book series on how Kitty’s powers work. Because a lot of people have been talking about the in between but not getting the lore right.

So Kitty blinked and disappeared.

She was In-Between. Though now she was invisible to the world, the world was not invisible to her. The library was still there, though faded, gray, and wispy, as if everything were underwater.

She could move so much more quickly In-Between, with no troublesome people or furniture or reality to get in her way. In one step, she reached the far end of the library. Another, and she passed through the wall into the gray trembling shadow of the outside world.

If the sun blazed in the sky, she could spot no sign of it here. There were no shadows In-Between—or rather, everything was shadows. And Kitty raced through the shadows of the Real quicker than a jubjub bird flits after a lemon meringue pie.

It's like Roamer is becoming a villain (or at least close) of the comic. He is just using everyone around him & ditching them as soon as he finds something/someone that can be a better use for him. He is portrayed as pure & kind, or something, but he is just a shitty character. What an immature & selfish brat. c:

Really couldn’t have said it better myself. I don’t understand why more people don’t see this. Roamer has been disloyal to basically everyone in this comic. He only cares about what he wants and Kique’s failed attempts to ‘redeem’ his saint aren’t helping. They just make it look like Roamer look like an eternal victim who cries every time someone calls him on his shit.

Why do you think Kique started hating Kargo so much, when clearly he loved that character at the start of the comic? I always thought it was because of the criticism Kargo received, but now that Rogio and Roamer are getting even harsher criticism, Kique just defends and buckles down on those two fuckboys. My only guess is it's because Roamer and Rogio are self-inserts, where Kargo was a yaoi/seme made-up character. Any other guesses?

Oh, they are 100% self inserts. It’s really funny how easily swayed Kique is by his stupid fans. I don’t think he could handle all the crit about Roamer/Kargo, so he tried something else. “Roamer’s sad and Rogio’s sad, wouldn’t it be super romantic if they fucked?”

I also think it’s hilarious how if anyone comments about Roamer and it isn’t praising his saintly goodness, Kique will step in and defend him. What other creator does this? I’ve literally never seen another author is so adamant that you see their characters the same exact way they do. Who cares if someone doesn’t like or agree with your characters actions? I think it’s a little weird.

If they go back to MT with Roamer I will piss myself

Don’t worry, they won’t. Kique can’t have Kargo messing up his perfect saintly characters. Remember, if Kargo keeps a secret, it’s really bad. But if Rogio does it, it’s okay! Even though he kept the secret from Roamer that he used to boink Ronja’s baby daddy on the reg. 

Oops. My guess is he’ll tell Roamer that and then they’ll make out.
