Ingredients For The Cauliflower 1 medium-head Cauliflower 1 tbsp olive oil 1 tsp garlic powder 1 tsp paprika 1/2 tsp salt 1/4 tsp pepper For The Sauce 1 tbsp olive oil 3 garlic cloves minced 1 tsp Italian Seasoning ¼ tsp chilli flakes 1 cup low-sodium vegetable broth ½ cup heavy cream ½ cup sun-dried tomatoes chopped ? cup Parmesan cheese freshly grated ¼ tsp pepper or more to taste 1 tbsp fresh parsley chopped to garnish Instructions Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
