A Fanfic Idea

Ares, after getting tired of everyone's shit with the Diomedes incident being the final straw, moves to Italy to become their patron God of War and using some battle tactics he borrowed from Athena and some agricultural skills he learned in his attempt to woo Persephone, he becomes Mars and leads the Roman Empire to glory...and through every easy conquest the only thing going throughout his mind is that War is now...boring.

I thought I was done with this brain rot but nope, I’m not. A couple more questions popped up in my brain after typing all that out. How would the Fuqing ship fare under this theory? Would Fu Xuan still keep secret contact with Dan Shu? How would Qingque feel if she ever found out about Fu Xuan’s involvement in Dan Shu’s escape? How do the two truly feel about immortality and the abundance? Welp, time to deep dive and figure all those out.

So like, as I said in my previous post, Fu Xuan would keep Qingque around as a reminder of what she’s fighting for (even if that is just one of many reasons) and Qingque has already proven useful in that regard. When Fu Xuan is possessed by the Heliobus, we see her dip back into the state of mind she was in right after her decision to drop Lux’s arrows during the third war. Right in the prime of her guilt. And who was it that was able to pull Fu Xuan back from the brink? Qingque. Qingque went above and beyond her own responsibilities to get Fu Xuan back on track. Why? Well, maybe she has a kinda tiny massive crush on her boss. 

Honestly I feel like Fu Xuan really hopes that Qingque will be the Master Diviner when she finally becomes the new general. Of course that wouldn’t be what Qingque would want at all, so I’m Sure eventually Fu Xuan would give in and let Qingque get her game parlor. It wouldn’t be without a fight, because unfortunately the best people for a position are those who don’t want it. 

So, would Fu Xuan keep secret contact with Dan Shu? I feel like her guilt would make her feel like she needs to keep some sort of secret contact, if for nothing else then for the hope of a cooperation towards peace. That and Dan Shu would be a good ally to have when either she finally turns against Jing Yuan or when Jing Yuan trunks out to be an Evil POS (As if he isn’t already but that’s neither here nor there) So yes, Fu Xuan would be still in contact with Dan Shu, but it's kept super under wraps. 

So if Qingque did ever find out about Fu Xuan’s communication with Dan Shu, what would she do? Well, probably first she’d pretend she didn't see anything. She doesn’t want to get involved in any major world events, just wanting her normal daily life. However she will eventually realize that not making a choice is still a choice, so she’d have to talk to Fu Xuan about her findings sooner or later, whether it be via eavesdropping or via Divination. Basically I feel like despite Fu Xuan being a constant annoyance in Qingque’s life, she would still trust and have faith in Fu Xuan, enough so to have her back all the way, regardless of what her plan is or whom she is truly aligned with. 

So, that all being said, how would the two feel about Immortality? Well, they certainly aren’t pro abundance that’s for sure. Fu Xuan herself has a distinct fear of becoming Mara-struck, and I feel like growing up in the Xianzhou that fear would be ingrained in all its citizens. However, I don’t think either of them are necessarily anti- Immortality. Both have made comments about still being young, or not being that old after living for centuries.  I don’t know, I feel like if one was truly fighting against the curse of immortality, that is kind of a counter intuitive mind set to have.So like, I feel like they want immortality just not through being Mara-struck.

All my whumptober stories have at least chapter 1 posted. I will finish them all in the next few weeks (hopefully. They all have the next part at least started) and then I will fluff myself to death for the rest of the year (maybe).

And Jamie I am so sorry (not sorry) for torturing you all month. I promise to make it up to you.

Bad and Crazy episode 9 Theory

WHEW, new dark episode, new theory. I have this theory that this drug connection, young people killing someone, and no one remembering is a pattern.

Let's go back to episode 8. We meet a young girl who killed her father. She wore a yellow raincoat and killed him with a knife, yes?

In episode 9, we have two (maybe three if we count Jeong Yunho) new suspects. One) The guy who was found with his dead brother. Two) The girl who kept staring at the manhole (and turns out there was a bloody raincoat and knife in there).

What do they all have in common? Miserable young people who were preyed on and taken advantage of because someone knew they were already at their lowest point. This means that someone has been manipulating and giving them drugs to do dirty work in order to overcome this 'misery' that the young people keeps mentioning.

NOW HERE'S THE JUICY PART.

What if Ryu Sooyeol was a victim of this trend? I mean, he has no memories of what the hell happened. He can't recall if he killed someone or not. He knows he was abused by his father, ran away, and met a guy named Jeong Yunho.

Btw, am I the only one who thinks Yunho looks like a younger version of Andrei Kang? They both share the 'bangs over eyes' hairstyle. Coincidence?

Jeong Yunho seems to be an old friend of Sooyeol's and both went through the same thing. Both of their fathers abused them and both are runaway kids. They also went to the Youth Dream Shelter together. At the end of episode 9, we see Yunho inside a yellow raincoat "killing" Sooyeol's father.

However...if Yunho killed Sooyeol's father then...

Who was killed by K?

K knows Sooyeol didn't kill anyone, but K is positive that he HIMSELF killed someone, but doesn't remember who for some reason.

This leads me to think that Sooyeol was under the influence and possibly murdered someone, but doesn't remember who. This also makes me think...

Who. Is. Jeong. Yunho?

I know some people might be suspecting the new therapist, but didn't X confirm that he was Jeong Yunho? Yunho also said that Sooyeol will meet him very soon. How could it be the new therapist if they already met before (and multiple times at that)?

Btw, we haven't seen Boss Yong and Andrei in two episodes so far. These two DEFINITELY got some connection with Sooyeol through drugs and the show is purposely pushing them away so we DON'T suspect those two anymore.
