Cherimoya Custard Pudding with Caviar Lime (Raw Vegan)
You ever eaten an Australian finger lime? So pretty.

I got a box of FRUIT and I am DELIGHTED
Last red and green finger lime harvest of the year. Not fully ripe, but I wanted to pick them before I moved the trees in the basement to overwinter.
Love squeezing the little pearls out of them. The green ones were the least ripe, so it was harder to do, but still so satisfying. I don't use them very often, so I just store the pulp in little containers in the freezer to have at hand whenever I need them.

Australian Aboriginal Inspired Skincare: Paleolithic Plant Knowledge Put To Use
Now I absolutely must try a caviar lime
I had the most lovely conversation with the founders or Yurrku Skincare. They took the time to talk to me about all of the ancestral botanicals that they have taken the time to learn about from indigenous Australians.
From the caviar lime and desert lime to the kangaroo apple, the line is full up with unique and interesting plant based products.
The first I tried was this really delicious smelling cleanser, Tambourine. The desert citruses give it a really uncommon limey smell, like a combination of a sugary citrus with the deep herbal notes of their leaves.
All of the fruit acids and extracts contribute to gentle exfoliation and a hefty dose of repairing vitamin C. Did I mention it smells like a million bucks?
