Happy Pride Month from my garden to yours 🌈
I'm gonna start doing a little mini blog here of my garden this year, just to keep track of dates and things. If you don't want to read this, just mute #gardenblog.

Yesterday I raked the mulch off the hardneck garlic I planted last fall. We just put shredded leaves on the bed, and it compacted down under the snow. The leaves came off in big sheets. I'm hoping I didn't suffocate the garlic.
Ah well, if I did smother it and it didn't survive, the garlic is my "experimental" crop for this year. Every year (almost) I grow something new that I've never grown, just to see how it goes. Last year it was corn (I got a ton for the space I had!) The year before it was swiss chard I think. Drying beans, broccoli, and loofah have been things I've tried in the past.

So many raspberries!
