NAME: Cameron Jesse St. James.
GENDER/SEXUAL IDENTITY: Male (he/him), bisexual.
BIRTHDAY: 3rd April.
OCCUPATION: Actor.
FACECLAIM: Nick Robinson.
( confident, optimistic, decisive & impatient, stubborn, sensitive )
BIOGRAPHY
The eldest of the St. James children, Cameron was Rachel and Jesseâs first chance to pour all their love and affection into one tiny human being. Knowing Jesse had grown up in a neglectful household, they were determined to break the cycle and raise Cameron knowing how loved and supported he was.
Born into the world of Broadway, Cameron wanted to follow in his parentsâ footsteps almost immediately. Though he wanted desperately to get onto the Broadway stage, his parents encouraged him to partake in amateur theatre instead, wanting to shelter him a little more until he was ready to handle real celebrity. Now heâs older, Cameron accepts that this was the right choice â allowing him to focus on his studies, and spend more times with his friends.
Cameronâs Broadway debut did come earlier than most, though. He was twelve when his father was offered the role of Marvin in Falsettos, and the chance for Cameron to play Jason, Marvinâs son, was too good to turn down. After that, Cameron was allowed to do one show every other year â going on to act in Billy Elliot and Into The Woods before he left high school.
Though he considered attending his motherâs alma mater, NYADA, Cameron chose to dedicate himself fully to Broadway instead, rather than spend four years on further study. He has played a number of roles since, the most recent of which was the titular character in Dear Evan Hansen. With his star rising, he left the show about six months ago, and jumped into shooting a New York based television show whose first season will begin airing in September. Heâs hopeful that the show will be picked up, and also plans on one day following in his fatherâs footsteps and begin directing, writing, and, like his mother, producing.
Confident, playful, and optimistic, Cameron is often a lot of fun to have around. Though he has his fatherâs confidence, he has his motherâs complexity, occasionally over-sensitive and narrow-sighted. Cameron views himself as the de facto leader of their friends, and does his best to be a role model to the younger members of the group â though heâs as often a bad role model as a good one. Everything is an opportunity for entertainment for Cameron, and although he can easily get carried away, he has a warm heart and generous spirit â wanting to ensure everyone is included and appreciated.

biography
The eldest of the Williams children, it has always fallen on Jackâs shoulders to be the good example. While many of their parentsâ friends, particularly those from his motherâs high school days, raised their children with more freedom and creativity, Jackâs upbringing was one of rigidity and discipline. The children would finish their homework before enjoying themselves, and followed a strict extra-curricular schedule used to bolster their future resumes. Languages were held in high regard, and Jack tried countless sports and hobbies throughout childhood, two of which stuck with him â debating, and tennis.
It was essentially these two hobbies that Jack had to choose between when he was in the process of applying for college. High school had been easy for him â bright, handsome, charming, he was the full package, and had discovered that life could definitely be a breeze for somebody like him. His grades were good, and his teachers (and his parents) were pushing him towards applying for Yale, or Harvard, or any other Ivy League. However, having found a sport he loved (and that he was good at), Jackâs profile as a tennis player had risen throughout his teenage years, and playing on the national stage with the potential to go international. He left it up to fate to decide -- and when he just failed to qualify for the Boysâ Singles at the US Open, Jack knew that he couldnât pursue tennis for any longer. He wasnât quite good enough.
It was an easy choice, therefore, to pick debate. Or, in the final form it would take on â law. He loved tennis, but he wasnât ready to commit himself to being an athelete â a part of him preferred to use his brain, and having âfailedâ one thing, Jack was determined to succeed at the other. He did apply to Harvard in the end, and studied political science and business at undergrad, before following in his parentsâ foosteps and heading off to law school. Heâs at Colombia now, about to enter his third year, and heâs already used his motherâs connections to guarantee himself a job at her firm.
Raised by Christian parents, Jack has traditional values. Heâs not as firm a believer as his mother is, but he does believe in the strong bond of family. He finds himself aligned with neither political party â especially not these days â but leans towards the right, valuing tradition, a strong economy, and the individual freedoms and liberties that are at the heart of America. Heâs a little blind to the struggle of others, but â he (sometimes) does his best.
It was these traditional values that led to Jack changing his name a few years ago. Heâd always had a close relationship with his family, helping to look after his little brother and treating his parents with the upmost respect. However, when Jack decided to fly back home for the holidays early, letting himself into the house to set up the surprise -- Jack found his father in bed with another woman. While his father begged him to keep his secret, Jack told his mother immediately -- and Kitty quickly kicked him to the curb. His younger brother, Connor, still bears the Williams name -- but Jack was quick to shed any relation to that man, cutting him out of his life and promising himself to never end up like him.
