"This feels weird, but let's get started..." Cami mumbled to herself, adjusting the straps of her dress seating down, trying to find a comfortable position, one she only found when she got one leg under her, the other leg up, hands holding her knee. "Hi everyone!" The girl grinned at the camera with a wave. "I'm Camila, for those who might not know who I am, and I decided to hop on this new adventure for a charity very dear to my heart on a personal level, called Women Against Abuse, that supports survivors of sexual abuse and domestic violence. It seemed like the perfect opportunity to have a good time and still be doing something good, and I like to challenge myself whenever I've got the chance, so here I am." The actress started her little introduction. "So far I've got the chance to meet some pretty amazing people and I was lucky enough to have a couple of familiar faces in here as well, can't even begin to tell how excited it was to have Alex here and as a roommate even! We are up for a really great time. Sydney was a very nice surprise as well, being for so long in Canada for work resulted on me going to quite a few hockey games, and we had the chance to meet a few years back, he is the sweetest and it was really good to see him here" she found herself listing some of the more dear people for her in the house. "But we just got here, I've heard some drama going round with the 1 D boys, I've stayed clear of that so far, but we never know when things start to head your way. I'm half Brazilian, so if I ever lose my cool, I can't promise that to be a good sight to see, I know well how to put up a fight, I'm holding onto hope that it won't come to that." She laughed softly. "I'm not sure what else to say for now, my expectations are having the most fun while I'm here and I hope to have the chance to stay for long enough so people get to know me a little better." She finished up with a wide smile, again waving a little awkwardly to the camera. "And cut. Done, okay. Gonna go now."

Video Diary #1

"To say that this kind of thing is taking me back on time is an understatement it feels weird to do this alone for a change" Harry started by sharing the thought out loud, getting comfortable on the couch, legs crossed, one hand brushing his hair behind out of habit, tongue poking out as he was trying to think through what to say. "The house is amazing, and so far I've been enjoying my time here. It felt amazing to get back with Liam, happy to see Niall around although we haven't done much catching up so far, but I'm sure we gonna have plenty of opportunities soon enough. On the down side I'm rooming with Louis, thanks for that by the way, where can I fill a switch request, an L for an L, give me Liam instead! Seems like we had this mutual unspoken agreement of staying away from each others way though, Louis and I, has been working out so far..." At some point he started fidgeting with the several rings he was wearing on both hands, focusing on looking at the camera as often as he could. "Then we have Zayn here, which was... surprising let's call it. If there's someone I would never imagine joining a show like this, that would be him. But if there's someone with the power of always surprise me that will be Zayn as well, so it all makes sense in the end. We said what we said, and I'm not sure if we gonna be able to share a normal conversation ever again, but I really was glad to see that he had been doing better, and I really wish him nothing but good things" He had to address it, so might as well be done with it. "Band members apart, I was very excited to have Florence join us, that woman holds my heart and it was a really nice surprise to have her here. I can even begin to explain how much she helped me back when we were filming, I really don't see myself as an actor, and she was a true one putting up with my self doubts and I couldn't have asked a better partner. She is also a very dashing young woman, which only makes everything better, gives the best cuddles, Liam might be the only one above her on that department." Harry chuckled at his own attempt of a joke. "I got to meet Madeline and Dove, two really sweet and clever girls. I'm looking forward to get to know them better! I got to feel up Chris Hemsworth biceps!" He suddenly pointed out! "Ladies and gents, they're really real!" He grinned. "And far I think that sums it up pretty well?" He raised an eyebrow in wonder, as if the camera in front of him would give him any response. "Yeah that will be all for now... see you next time!"

ricky had taken more than a few too many minutes to even find the diary room, still not quite knowing his way around the house. He took a seat on the chair, tucking his knees up into his chest. “This feels awkward” he commented before shaking his head and running his fingers through his hair. “Things have been good though, can’t complain too much. It seems like some people don’t really like Zayn much but he seems to be an okay guy? I don’t know, I’m just trying to stay out of the drama. Dove is really nice too, very easy to talk to and super sweet. I’d like to get to know her better but I don’t want to be too pushy either you know? Maybe I should just leave it alone and focus on the ‘game’ and playing to help Canine Companions for Independence. They train dogs to be assistance animals for people with disabilities and it’s really important work that they do, it would be nice to give them extra help if i can with this experience.” he commented, clearly a big supporter of that particular foundation. “But yeah, so far i like it here, hoping it stays that way”

sidney took a seat in the diary room, not too bothered by the camera on him - he was pretty used to ‘interviews’ at this point; having started them when he was about 7 years old, but it was still a bit awkward to be talking to yourself. “Where do I start? Things have been a little better than I expected, people seem nice enough so far and I don’t notice the cameras as much as I thought I would. Alex has been especially sweet, we’ve definitely hit it off a bit and she’s easy to talk to; so i guess we’ll see where that goes” he said with a shrug “other than that, there’s not much going on on my end, trying to avoid the drama as best I can you know? but the experience hasn’t been too bad, and it’s all for charity right? being able to have the opportunity to continue to support the Pittsburgh Penguins Foundation has been pretty amazing, the work they do for the community is unmatched and they deserve the help and the recognition.” he explained before rubbing the back of his neck “I guess that’s it for now, maybe I’ll have more to report later on”

alex sat down and stared at the camera. “is it just...rolling? or is there a button i have to press or...” she trailed off and saw the red light. “right then.” she nodded. “damn - has it really only been a week? i feel like i’ve both been in here and longer, and also like it’s only been a couple days. it’s weird.” she chuckled. “my time’s been good! i’ve gotten a nice tan already. been having some drinks and chats by the pool and just hanging out. honestly it’s been so nice. i literally can’t remember the last time i felt this chilled out. probably not since playing on the national team. it’s a lot of fucking stress and pressure to keep up. so this is nice, yeah.” she smiled and tucked some hair back. “jadon’s in here now! it’s really nice to have another footballer actually. we’ve been having nice kickabouts. really lovely guy. also love cami and pez being in here. they’re my girls. louis has actually been really nice as well. he’s quite cheeky and flirty and he makes me laugh. and...yeah...i dunno. he’s been quite sweet to me. he’s a cute one. but liam flirts with me a lot as well. it may be a one direction thing actually, now that i think about it.” she laughed. “sidney’s been sweet as well. yeah there’s a lot of people i’m looking forward to getting to know more. i’ve noticed a lot of drama around zayn so i’m staying clear of that. especially him being pez’s ex and all that. i know she’s not too keen on him being here. i really miss my family. like...a lot a lot. and my dogs. i think you guys should allow dogs in here and i may file a formal complaint actually.”

“week one is done wooo!! i made it through without getting myself voted out, cause for a party i reckon? when you throwing us one of those by the way? about bloody time innit? my week has been pretty nice, can’t complain. been pissed out me head most of it, but all in the spirit of partying. met a few hot girls, haven’t actually succeeded in sleeping with any yet...annoyingly. i’m still trying honestly. i’m just here for a good time innit? and hopefully win the money for charity, but either way my charity is gonna get some cos i’ll just do it outta my own pocket. met some cool people, have to deal with one fucking pain in my neck asshole walking round the house...niall. no kidding, he knows who he is and fuck him honestly. also have my ex here so that’s slightly awkward. thanks for that big brother. just give me an ex best mate and an ex girlfriend at once. i am glad to have my lads here though, niall and liam. it’s so nice seeing them around. kinda shitty that i’ve got a share a room with harry but oh well. i see what you’re doing. but yeah, it’s gone really really well and i’m really excited for next week.”

“wow, what a week huh? has it only been one week? it feels like forever already. time goes by really, really weird here. i think it’s because we don’t have as many distractions that the days feel longer. plus being so disconnected for the world is weird. but what’s been noteworthy this week? i’ve made lots of friends which is pretty cool, plus caught up with some old ones, that was fun. met a really cool girl...really cool girl. and she scared me in the middle of the night. funny but terrifying but sweet. a lot of emotions in one. but mostly i was just really happy to have her come seek me out for a cuddle. it made me feel really special. plus she is ridiculously hot, like how can i say no to that? but it’s more than that, it’s the personality and the connection too that makes it so wonderful. i miss my family a whole lot but i know this won’t be forever so i’m really just enjoying the process. all in all, i’d say being here has been pretty successful.”
