Breakfast this morning was #VeggieHash with (all organic) russet potatoes, red and yellow pepper, two over easy eggs, minced garlic and black pepper. 3 minute prep time, less than 10 minute cook time. One of the biggest obstacles of my #immunedefiency is my massive loss in appetite, along with stomach cramping and vomiting. Now that I am home on sick leave I am documenting everything I eat, how much I eat, and when the pain begins. The last picture is where I had to stop eating (exactly half way..) but it’s all about baby steps. I’ll get there.
