Bar tender Sadie enjoys using her creative streak to come up with new and exciting drinks. Unfortunately bar patrons aren't too pleased when their requested order arrives as something completely different. But you know what? There's only one bar in Chestnut Ridge anyway so they're stuck with her. She did get a surprising number of patrons telling her about this challenge in Mt Komorebi but it has to be a coincidence.

One day she's going to get her own catering company and then people will have to acknowledge her mixing expertise. In her down time this foodie enjoys baking and cooking. Sadie also loves going on hikes through the wilderness, it's where she finds her inspiration. There are so many beautiful landscapes around Chestnut Ridge. Her adventurous nature has led her to break her right ankle before but it's fine now... mostly.

Some would say she's erratic. Sadie agrees that she can be a bit moody but really who isn't?
