Wait, would Fiyero and Matilda fight about who the real magic kid is like Nerris and Harrison did?

i’d like to think that at home nerris and harrison don’t want them fighting about it because they gotta be good role models and technically theyre all magic kids since harrison’s their dad

but i also think fiyero sometimes feels bad - only sometimes - because he’s the only one biologically fathered by preston, who doesn’t have magic in his veins. elias and matilda by all means have harrison’s magic in their blood - it predominantly surfaced in matilda, but it didn’t seem to surface with elias

his family’s there to help him feel better though! and neither of his siblings hold that fact over him anyway so

How about matilda has a crush on Max's kid

she doesn’t understand what the fuss about crushes is about - why would she have a crush on someone when she could be learning magic or drinking slurpees instead amirite @fiddler-unroofed

when fiyero and elias were born it took a long time to figure out who was the dad until they matured but when it was matilda’s turn, all she had to do was look at harrison and make him sneeze glitter

of course!

nerris’s parents are always open to their visits and are usually the recipients of most their visits since they’re the closest

harrison’s parents they visit a little less but that’s because they’re a little out of the way, but they still love them - hell, at first harrison’s dad was very iffy about them… until he met matilda. matilda has all the grandparents wrapped around her little finger!

and i didn’t see you mention it, but they love visiting granny goodplay too! [the goodplay parents are MIA, and preston doesn’t usually talk about them, so they don’t know what to think of them; they’ve asked granny goodplay about them many times but granny goodplay keeps forgetting to tell them]
