The way they all met wasn't just like. them finding one hero and then another and another until all of them were collected- Crimson and Bunny (and Ravio, who stayed behind) may have been the first to meet, but some of the others got dragged into other eras in little clusters.
None of them really know what's happening until Crimson meets up with each cluster, and are Very Confused before then.
Crimson knew drawing the sword was going to do something- Hylia straight up told him, he just was NOT expecting whatever was going to happen to happen immediately after pulling the Master sword. Once Fi wakes up she'll have a lot to say about the current situation.

Torrent and Wander landed in Wolf's hyrule, and didn't know what kind of animal he was so they didn't really panic seeing him- both are more confused about Faron Woods, neither having actually seen a forest as lush and as large as it.
Rinka and Mild ran into Mask in Mild's lost woods- the korok mask reacting to his presence and leading them to him.
Whisper showed up in Fauna's hyrule freaking the fuck out, who Fauna proceeded to think this neurotic mess was friend shaped and they were just vibing until the others found them.
