This is the grading scheme that is used to evaluate a company. In the ‘grades’ column a grade from 1 to 5 is inserted, where 1 means totally disagree, 2 disagree, 3 neutral, 4 agree and 5 totally agree. The statements are formulated in such a way that 5 is the most sustainable. This file is inserted in the python code that gives the final mark for sustainability for that company.
